We can organise basically anything you would like during your stay, whether you book it in advance or simple tell us when you get here. Some of our most popular 'extras', and those with which we are most closely aquainted, include:

  • Ski pass deliveries: the last thing you want on your first morning is to stand in a queue for an hour while everyone else gets first trakcs on the mountain. Let us have your passes ready for you when you arrive.
  • Ski instructors & mountain guides: rather than roll the dice by booking direct with a ski school, let us organise your instructor or guide. We work regularly with our choice of the best instructors and guides, so whether you're looking to improve your parallels or summit Mont Blanc, let us make sure you have the best professional aid available!
  • Private Chefs: as with our properties you stay in, the private chefs we keep on our books are very individual. Each has a personal style, each is available to discuss their menu with you to tailor your evening exactly the way you want it.
  • Masseurs: almost any kind of massage you can think of is available. Sports massage, Thai, osteopathy, relaxation... let us know what you're thinking and we'll organise the rest.
  • Italian Job: A very specialised, and very special night out: head over to Italy after your day's skiing, travel by skidoo up to a high-mountain restaurant, then after eating the finest Italian food make your way back down the hill by torchlit ski descent. An evening like no other!
  • Vallée Blanche: You can't come to Chamonix and not consider the Vallée Blanche - perhaps the world's most famous glacier run, which stretches from 3842matop the Aiguille du Midi down through astonishing and genuinely wild off-piste terrain, all the way back to Chamonix if the snow cover is good enough. Should be on everyone's list.
  • Point-of-View Camera Rental: Ex-military technology that he recently been made publicly available, rent on of our head-mounted cameras for a day or for the whole week and take home a memento like no other - a professionally edited first-person view DVD of your trip. Editing is included in the price.
We also offer a range of corporate options through another part of the Ten80 Group, Ten80 Events. For information on corporate trips see the Ten80 Events website, or just give us a call.

Every trip booked with us includes a great deal more than just great accommodation. We believe our service is as good as you will find anywhere, in terms of its execution but also thanks to our unique approach to what we provide and how it is matched to the property you stay in. We don't do all-in utlra expensive breaks - you can go fully-catered if you want, but it is an optional extra which you are at liberty to ignore. These are quality properties which we are proud to look after, and we want you to have the best possible trip at the best possible price, which means you can choose the fine details of your holiday yourself. We don't force on you things which you will neither want not use.

The first part of this is making sure the property is in perfect condition before you arrive. Then we do everything possible to make sure that your arrival is as easy and comfortable as it can be. Then, in addition to any extra services you might request, throughout the week we try to make sure every day is better than the last. A lot of this stays behind the scenes where it belongs, and you will never notice it. Some of it, however, is a little more obvious. our concierge pack

Chamonix is not a small resort, and its facilities and resources are often separated by more than a short walk. The valley is 10km long, and - as you will know if you have been before - a stay here is improved infinitely if you have access to a vehicle. We can of course organise your airport transfers, but for added convenience in resort, we offer two additional options:
  • 24-Hour Chauffeur: in additon to your airport transfers, have one of our drivers avaiable to you around the clock for the duration of your stay (it won't always be the same driver!). With 24-Hour access to a vehicle, you can easily split your ski days between different areas of the valley, catering for different skiing abilities or simply tracking the sunshine throughout the day; you can pop into town for supplies without any hassle; you can make the most of the valley's restaurants, bars and nightclubs without needing a designated driver, and without risking finding out at 4am that Chamonix has no all-night taxis.
  • 'Fixed' Driver service: For the majority of holidaymakers the 'fixed driver' service is ample. Along with your airport transfers we offer a morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up from the ski area of your choice on every day of your holiday, along with making a driver available to you for two nights to drop you in town and pick you up whenever you're ready to come home.
